NASS a Statistical Services Agency for US Department of Agriculture, we have developed and implemented custom software statistical, analytical, and estimation solutions.

Our founding partners have helped National Archives and Records Administration build a Case Management and Reporting System (CMRS) utilizing Oracle Siebel CRM. CMRS has hundreds and thousands of users and services about 1.5 Million requests per year. The solution was nominated for FOSE award.

As a subject matter expert we have worked with US Patent and Trade Office to implement Siebel Call Center application.
